Terms of service

Draft

Last updated: 27 October 2026. This agreement is provided for transparency while final legal review is completed.

Agreement

By accessing or using TraceIQ, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TraceIQ offers tools to upload trace-related files, run or view analysis, and collaborate in a workspace. Features may change; your order form or subscription plan may define additional availability or SLA terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the platform (no unlawful content, no attempts to break security or overload systems).

Customer content

You retain ownership of materials you upload. You grant TraceIQ the rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing, display within your workspace). Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.

Fees and trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe as described on the pricing page. Taxes, refunds, and non-payment handling will be specified in your final commercial terms.

Disclaimers and liability

TraceIQ provides analysis aids, not guaranteed resolutions. Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers will be inserted per counsel review before production launch.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship according to your subscription terms. Data export and deletion timelines will be documented in your privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Governing law

State the country or region whose laws apply and where disputes are resolved when this document is finalized with legal counsel.
